Famous Thracian gladiator and leader of the largest slave revolt in ancient Rome. Between 73-71 BCE, Spartacus will face nine times each time defeating the Roman legions. Movement led by it will be quashed only when three Roman generals (Crassus, Pompey and Marcus Terentius) will join forces at the Battle of Lucania, against the 120,000 slaves rebelled.
